Getting it back

Don’t clean or repair it without asking the closet: cleaning is theirs. Put it back in the garment bag.

After 7 days late a piece is marked stolen, the account is frozen, and the replacement value is charged to the saved card.

How a claim is settled

If a piece comes back damaged, or doesn’t come back, Jelly reviews both sides’ condition captures, mediates, and charges whoever is responsible. Report within 48 hours of the return, with your captures.

Jelly is not an insurer and sells no cover. Renters are responsible for repair, or replacement if a piece cannot be repaired.
